For regular students of PPGEC

As a regular student, you must request your enrollment in courses every quarter to maintain your affiliation with the university. The required number of credits is specified in PPGEC’s bylaws.

In order to proceed with your enrollment, you must complete the following steps:

  1. Check the list below for the courses offered this quarter;

  2. Fill out the Enrollment Request Form, upload it to www.assina.ufsc.br, and share the signature link by email for the advisor’s signature, copying the following address: secretaria.ppgec@contato.ufsc.br;
    • You will find the Enrollment Request Form in this link.
  3. Once you notice, through the link shared with the advisor, that the form has been signed, access the CAPG/UFSC system and select the courses indicated for you to take;
  4. After the advisor has signed the form and you have selected, in the CAPG/UFSC system, the courses they recommended, the Secretariat will validate your enrollment request in the system within one business day. The courses will then automatically appear in your academic record;

  5. On the first day of classes, access the CAPG/UFSC system to check the courses you are enrolled in for the term and to generate your own enrollment certificate and/or academic transcript.

Note: If you have already taken the minimum credits needed, see the dropdown list “Enrollment in “Dissertation” or “Thesis” Course” below.

For students of other programs

If you are interested in taking the courses from the PPGEC, you should request enrollment through the Secretariat of your home program.
