In line with the institutional policy to reduce paper usage and observing the principles of efficiency and cost-effectiveness, paper documents are not accepted; only the ‘electronic protocol’ is used.

The sectors of the Coordination of the Postgraduate Program in Transport Engineering and Territorial Management (PPGTG) and the Coordination of the Postgraduate Program in Civil Engineering (PPGEC) have been formally authorized to participate in the pilot telework project on a partial basis, according to the provisions of Normative Ordinance No. 470/2023/GR, dated 03/31/2023. The consultation of monthly work schedules for staff can be made through the Electronic Social Control System.
